Each Eleven Point order is made fresh and will generally ship within 10 working days (or sooner) from our factory in Walnut Ridge, AR, Our preferred carrier is UPS. We take pride in our handcrafted fragrance products ensuring that you receive beautiful, fragrant products that you will enjoy using and giving.
Eleven Point guaranties 100% fragrance satisfaction, but if there is any reason that you are not satisfied we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact hello@eleven-point.com or call 800-748-7648 for all refunds and exchange requests.
Damaged Items
If you receive items that have been damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your purchase. We will send a replacement for all broken items.
